Outstanding vintage.  Dry white wine. Pale lemon in colour with a fresh apple and roast pear nose.  Tastes of layers of apple, pear, lemon and stone fruit.  Good length and a little saltiness on the palate.  Like walking through a lemon grove, smelling the citrus flowers and  in the sun, enjoying the cooling sea breeze.
