Pale lemon in colour with a fresh stonefruit and pear nose.  Tastes of layers of creamy peach, wood fired pear and apple.  Good length and a little saltiness on the palate.  Like walking through a lemon grove, smelling the citrus flowers and  in the sun, enjoying the cooling sea breeze.
